More and more companies are going from using acid based paint to using water based paint in their paint process because it’s more environmently friendly.

The disadvantage in water based paint is the relative high cost price of the product. This will be a part of lowering the competitiveness considerably. Out of 1 litre consumed paint approx. 1/3 will be put on the product and 2/3 will be overspray and waste.
