Malting Industry

There are two different ways to produce and make malt. One is to pour water over the grain to cool it down to the required level.
The disadvantage with this method is that the corn will go stale, which will cause waste or lower quality.

The other way is to use the cooling effect of cold water humidification to cool down the air and then ventilate the air through the corn. This method often has the disadvantage that it will cause a large waste of water because of unsuitable humidification systems.
